Refund policy

There are no refunds on custom printed products.

Due to the nature of digital design work, there are no refunds if any part of any digital design is seen by a consumer. If you decide to cancel after work has started during the sketch phase, a 75% refund is issued. If you have approved the sketch and we have not completed your first draft, you will be refunded 50% of your payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for refund processing. After the first draft has been shown, there are no refunds.

Unless otherwise agreed upon, there are no additional discounts on designs.

Upon making payment for services, you hereby agree to have read and accepted all terms and conditions set forth by A Marshall Concepts LLC.
