In Between Us Print

A hand-finished, 16x20, mat and framed print of the original of In Between Us. In Between Us explores the silent space where masculine and feminine energy meet—where difference does not divide, but creates tension, attraction, and harmony.

The upper figure appears fragmented and watchful, almost like presence, thought, or pursuit. The lower figure feels grounded and graceful, carrying softness, strength, and receptivity. Though they are separated in form, they are joined through line, rhythm, and placement, suggesting that connection is not always found in touch, but in awareness.

The open space becomes part of the relationship itself—a place for longing, understanding, and unspoken emotion. Rather than portraying love in a literal way, the piece presents it as something more abstract: two identities existing independently, yet still shaping one another.

“They do not meet in the obvious way—only in tension, presence, and the space they leave for each other.”
